DSA-XN Series Ultrasonic Cleaner
The XN-type cleaner adopts two stem mounted controls, one controls the adjustment of temperature,the other is for timing adjustment , two indicator lights correspondingly arranged are provided . The XN-type cleaner is applied to some materials requiring heating cleaning , customers can adjust and set a temperature in advance,and when the temperature is reached,the cleaning work can be carried out.
Operation Instruction
1.Before using it, you should check that whether the pressure of electrical source and
the pressure of machine are the same or not .
2. Inspecting that if the pressure of electrical source have earth device.
3. Putting the machine to the stable working place to make sure that working efficiency.
4. According to the quantity of something inpouring proper washing liquor to the machine .
5. Connecting to the pressure of electrical source .
6. On the left of the panel ,there is the key for temperature setting, the heating indication
light will be on when turn on it .
7.The ultrasonic cleaning indicator light is on, the Timer begins to count down and ultrasonic
cleaner starts to clean.
8. When the Time counts down to "00", the ultrasonic stops automatically.
9. If you turn the key of TEMPWEATURE to"00", the unit will stop heating.
10. After use ,turn off the detergent as washing fluid to prevent from danger.
